Claims for shortages & non-delivery must  be made within 15 days.
All returns are subject  up to 20% restocking charge.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
Custom order products are not returnable.
All warranties are those of the individual manufacturers for the products listed.  All brand
names, logos and registered trademarks used in this website, with the exception of Bay
Batteries, Inc. belong to the organization indicated by the brand name.  No affiliation with Bay
Batteries, Inc. is expressed or implied.  All warranty items shall be repaired or replaced by
product manufacturers at their respective locations. The purchaser shall pay shipping
charges for defective products returned to Bay Batteries, or product manufacturer, unless
other conditions are agreed on by all parties.

Call (Bay Batteries) 800-680-1993  to obtain a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) document.
A customer service representative will issue the RMA as well as give instructions for returning
the warranty item. Please have the following information available for more efficient response:
Organization/Contact Name, Organization Address, Phone Number, Part Number of Warranty
Item, Serial Number (Electronics), Date Code of Warranty Item, Nature of Defect Found.  
Warranty replaced items do not extend the original warranty period.
